Today, Johan’s team from Handman 512 replaced my AC. He did a thorough expectation and determined the coil needed to be replaced because it was leaking Freon. He upgraded my system and explained in detail and simple language what I needed for my system and why. His team when out to my house and installed the new AC with rapid efficiency and was professional in working with my tenants to be less disruptive as possible. Just replaced the AC for the rental house last Saturday (7/23/2022). Johan and team did an excellent job on very reasonable price...and beyond that, Johan explained to me in detail with pictures to help me understand the AC system...coil, furnace and outdoor condenser etc. It's extremely helpful to the dummy house owner like me. Will definitely come back to the team with other projects.
